2. Hosting
This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM, Neue Medien Münnich (owner: René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany). The servers are located in Germany. The provider processes the data generated when you visit the website on our behalf. We have a data processing agreement with the provider under Art. 28 GDPR.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We have a legitimate interest in running our website securely and reliably.
3. Server log files
When you visit this website, the server automatically stores data sent by your browser: IP address, date and time, the page requested, browser type and operating system, and the referrer URL.
We need this data to deliver the website, find errors and prevent abuse. It is not combined with other data.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Retention: log files are deleted after seven days at the latest.
4. Contact form and email
If you write to us through the contact form or by email, we store your details (name, company, email address, message) to handle your request. We do not pass them on without your consent.
The form is processed by our website system (WordPress), and your request is stored there. Messages are delivered to our email account at Google Workspace (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). Google acts as our processor. This may involve a transfer to the USA, based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the EU Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (request regarding a possible contract) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in handling requests).
5. Communication
When we communicate by email or video call (Google Meet), we use Google Workspace (Google Ireland Limited). Google acts as our processor. This may involve a transfer to the USA.
We delete requests that do not lead to a project promptly.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (efficient communication).
6. Cookies and local storage
This website does not set cookies and does not store any settings in your browser.
7. Fonts, analytics and third parties
The fonts on this website are hosted on our own server. There is no connection to Google Fonts or other font providers. We currently use no analytics or advertising tools. If that changes, we will ask for your consent first and update this notice.
The connection to this website is encrypted with SSL/TLS.
8. Retention
We delete requests that do not lead to a project promptly. If a project follows, we keep business records for as long as the law requires (for example six years for business letters).
9. Your rights
You have the right at any time to:
- access the personal data we hold about you (Art. 15 GDPR)
- have inaccurate data corrected (Art. 16 GDPR)
- have your data deleted (Art. 17 GDPR)
- restrict processing (Art. 18 GDPR)

If you have given us consent, you can withdraw it at any time with effect for the future.
